One Size Does Not Fit All!

Having tools is great, especially when you’re trying to survive through a moment. My approach assumes that you have the tools to manage during difficult times and focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of what inside of you is calling for attention. For example, if you feel anxious, you may be missing a need for safety, creativity, clarity, etc… Learning to identify what you are needing in this situation will give you a tailored tool to lower the anxiety. So if you are needing creativity, maybe you might prefer to play the piano, paint, dance, or write instead of walking, meditating or journaling. Echighian, LMFT

Take Control of Anxiety with Proven, Personalized Support

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, uncertainty, and self-doubt. You give so much of yourself to others, striving to be a good person, yet still end up feeling used, alone, and misunderstood. Past hurts may have left you questioning whether you can truly trust others—or even yourself.

You might struggle with a deep sense of not belonging, feeling unworthy, or never being "good enough." Despite your efforts to hold onto hope, self-doubt lingers, making it hard to feel secure in your choices. In an attempt to regain control, you may find yourself grasping at stability in ways that don’t always serve you. Perhaps you’re unsure why you feel the way you do, how you got here, or how to find a way forward.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Together, we can explore these feelings, untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, and work toward a path of healing, clarity, and self-acceptance.

Shame-Informed Therapy for Anxiety: Breaking Free from Self-Doubt

Anxiety and shame often go hand in hand, creating a cycle of self-doubt, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion. You may find yourself constantly questioning your worth, feeling like you don’t belong, or fearing that others will see the “real” you and reject you. Maybe you try to manage your anxiety by seeking control wherever possible, yet still feel powerless and stuck.

Shame can make you believe that you are the problem—that your struggles are a personal failing rather than a natural response to difficult experiences. You may have been told that "you're the common theme in your relationships," reinforcing feelings of blame and self-criticism. But anxiety and shame aren’t reflections of your worth—they are responses to wounds that haven’t yet healed.

In our work together, we will focus on understanding the deeper roots of your anxiety and shame, helping you move beyond self-judgment and toward self-compassion. Through shame-informed therapy, you will learn how to break free from patterns of avoidance, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, replacing them with self-trust and emotional resilience. Over time, you can develop a sense of inner safety, navigate relationships with confidence, and reclaim your life from fear and self-doubt.

Break Free from the Past - Begin Healing from Trauma

Complex trauma often stems from repeated or long-term experiences—especially in childhood or close relationships—that leave deep emotional scars. You may find yourself feeling stuck in patterns of shame, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. In our work together, we’ll gently untangle the past, build safety in the present, and help you reconnect with a stronger, more grounded sense of self. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

“I was very back and forth about my feelings for a long time. I kept feeling like I was talking about the same things but while I was weighing everything, it helped me get to where I am now. I didn't feel judged and I was able to flesh out my thoughts and say them out loud. I felt heard about things that I wasn't sure about.”
